What is the Teledirek Global Link?

The Teledirek Global Link is an incredible new service that allows you to rent a virtual number in many countries throughout the world and forward all your calls received at this number to a second telephone anywhere in the world.

For example, choose a phone number in the Dominican Republic .You friends and family in Santo Domingo can call your Dominican virtual number for the price of a local call and you can receive their call anywhere in the world.

Just subscribe to a virtual number, choose the phone number where you want to receive your calls, and you’re ready to talk. For full details, please visit the Teledirek Global Link page.




Where is the service available?

We currently offer virtual phone numbers in wide. You can forward your calls to any other telephone in the world, but only certain countries are available for our special $24.99 offer.

We will be adding virtual numbers in more countries soon. Please check back often, or e-mail us about the country that interests you.




How do I subscribe?

How do I use the service?

After subscribing, you will be assigned a virtual phone number in the country you chose. Simply share it with the people you want to call you. When they dial the number, their calls will automatically be sent to the phone number you have designated for receiving your calls. If you’d like to change the phone number where you receive your calls, simply change the “Redirect Number” listed in the “Profile” section of your online account.

 




Do I need special equipment?

No. You only need a telephone where you’d like to receive your calls.   

 




I used up all my minutes for the month. Can I purchase additional minutes?

Yes. You can purchase additional blocks of minutes in quantities as small as $5 in the “Purchase” section of your online account.

 


 



I subscribed to a Global Link. Can I use the Member’s Calling Club to save on my other calls?

 

Yes, absolutely. As a Global Link subscriber, you are automatically enrolled in the Member’s Calling Club.

To make calls, just use one of our access numbers and the PIN assigned to your account (if you don’t know your PIN, you can find it in the original registration information that you received, or in the “Profile” section of your online account).

What is the TeledirekMember’s Calling Club?

The TeledirekMember’s Calling Club is a discounted plan that allows you to save on all your phone calls, no matter where you make them. There's no commitment and blocks of pre-paid minutes can be purchased in quantities as small as $5. To get started, you only have to register once. Once you have an account, you can purchase additional minutes with your credit card through your online account .



How much does it cost to sign up?

Signing up is free. After you’ve registered, just buy a block of minutes in quantities as small as $5 to start calling.



How do I use the service?

To make calls, just use one of our access numbers and the PIN assigned to your account (if you don’t know your PIN, it is included in the profile section of your online account).



Where can I use this service?

You can use this service from any telephone. Keep a list of our access numbers handy. Once you call the access number, just use your PIN number to start calling.



Are there any hidden fees or costs?

No. We offer the same great rates that you see advertised on calling cards – but without the hidden costs and connection fees. The rates you see on our rates table are exactly what you pay.

Remember that you can verify billing and other account information in the “Account History” section of your online account. This valuable service provides you with real-time details of all your calls.


 

How can I purchase blocks of calling time?

Login to your online account and visit the “Purchase” section. Additional blocks of minutes are available in quantities as small as $5.


 

What is “pinless” dialing?

If you've ever wanted to make a phone call, but have been unable to remember your calling card PIN, then you’ll understand the value of the “pinless” dialing feature.

Pinless dialing allows our system to automatically recognize the phone number you call from and instantly registers your PIN for you. How's that for convenience? You can register up to 10 numbers with this feature. You may edit these numbers at any time in the "Profile" section of your online account.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept credit cards through our web site using PayPal to ensure your security.


 

How am I billed?

 

IOnce registered for an account with Teledirekand for payment through PayPal, the credit card you registered will automatically be billed for the monthly amount of the plan you chose.


 

How can I check my account balance?

ITo check your account balance, log in with your user name and password and visit the “Balance & Call History” section of your account.


 

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You will only be billed for the monthly amount of your subscription and/or any pre-paid blocks of minutes that you purchase, plus any applicable state or federal taxes or fees, so you always know how much you’re spending!


Could I be asked to fax my financial and identity information?

Yes. Sometimes we need a copy of your credit card and/or a copy of your driver's license or passport to verify your identity and ensure the security of your transaction.


Why was my credit card declined?

There are several reasons why your credit card might be declined by our system. The most common reasons are listed below. If you are unsure why your credit card was declined by our system, please contact your issuing bank for further information.

        • No PayPal account -- our customers must be verified PayPal members.
        • Incorrect expiration date - check to make sure you have the correct expiration date
        • Incorrect credit card number - make sure that you are entering the correct 16-digit credit card number along with the CVV2 security code
        • Incorrect billing address - make sure the billing address you enter matches the address where your monthly credit card statements are mailed each month
        • Insufficient Funds - make sure the amount you are trying to purchase does not exceed your credit card limit
        • Credit card reported missing or stolen

 



How do I purchase blocks of pre-paid minutes?

 

Log on to your onlineaccount and use the “Purchase” section. You can use any major credit card and we’ll soon be adding the ability to pay by check. Blocks of minutes can be purchased in increments as small as $5.00.


 

How long do you keep user call history records?

We keep a history record of your calls for the last 12 months.
